Degradation of the mold base plate flatness or desynchronization of the bottom mold lifting mechanism causes step-like deviations in the wall thickness distribution of multi-cavity bottles, directly destroying the overall consistency of beverage packaging across the line.

The core of eliminating multi-cavity deviations lies in the closed-loop control of the mold base's benchmark geometric accuracy and dimensional chain. Through large-scale gantry milling, we dead-lock the flatness of the entire mold base's mounting reference surface to within 0.02mm, physically eradicating the microscopic inclination errors that might occur during single cavity installation. For the bottom mold lifting linkage mechanism, strict dimensional chain compensation calculations are introduced during the assembly phase, and the tolerance bands of each cavity's guide rails are paired using extreme difference methods. This fine mechanical tuning ensures that when all cavities close under 30-40bar blowing pressure, they accurately reach an absolutely synchronized stroke zero point, completely avoiding the fatal offset fatigue of the stretch rod caused by uneven closing forces across cavities.

In terms of line changeover logic, this mold base system adopts a highly standardized modular quick-change design. The cavity pocket interface dimensions and quick-release locking structures are completely unified, allowing a single cavity to be replaced in-situ on the production line when a failure occurs or a bottle type needs changing, without removing the heavy mold base from the equipment.
