In the neck molding area, the radial and axial tolerances of the threaded cavity are dead-locked within a micron-level range of 0.01mm, ensuring zero air leakage on the melt-fit surface with the preform thread. For the connecting bridges at the bottom of the tamper-evident ring, we use a specific micro-milling tool path to precisely set their cross-sectional thickness between 0.3-0.4mm. This physical definition of geometric dimensions ensures that when standard capping torque is applied, the shear stress is 100% concentrated on the pre-set break points. It produces no burrs to hinder capping, nor does it break prematurely during transport vibration, fundamentally guaranteeing the linear input of capping torque and the absolute compression of the sealing ring.
