The core of eliminating pressure overshoot lies in the suppression of internal flow channel vortices and precise control of millisecond-level step response. We modified the internal flow channel of the valve cavity into a Venturi converging curve, utilizing the Coanda effect to eliminate turbulent vortices of high-pressure gas at the turns, dead-locking the pressure step response time to within 15 milliseconds. Simultaneously, in the valve seat area subjected to the instantaneous impact of 40bar high-pressure airflow, the sealing surface adopts a specific 15-degree chamfer geometry paired with high-temperature polyurethane. This smooth transition of the flow boundary layer prevents extreme airflow expansion within micro-clearances, thereby evenly distributing local shear stress and physically severing the failure path where the seal ring is cut by high-speed airflow or cavitation micro-pores form on its surface.
