Jihengfeng Precision Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 and is a direct manufacturer of blow molds and their spare parts, compatible with Sidel, Krones, and KHS equipment, serving as an alternative to original spare parts with shorter delivery times and lower acquisition costs.

The company currently has a technical and service team of more than 40 people, including senior consultants, process engineers, and mechanical design engineers with experience in commissioning bottle-blowing machines, capable of performing on-site adjustments and calibrations according to the actual operating conditions of the customer's equipment once the mold is delivered — not merely supplying a part that meets the drawing dimensions. Our activities comprehensively cover design, manufacturing, machining, assembly, and sales, with years dedicated to the development and production of blow molds and machinery components, maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with various international precision machinery companies.

Our machining fleet includes a Mazak five-axis machining center from Japan, a Makino four-axis machining center, a Beijing Jingdiao five-axis machining center, a Hardinge CNC lathe, a Sameksan (Sarix) mirror-finish EDM machine from Switzerland, and a deep-hole drilling machine from Germany, complemented by hexagon coordinate measuring equipment, a 2D profile projector, a Mitutoyo height gauge, laser marking equipment, and an independent quality control room. Machining and testing are controlled at every stage — from raw material receipt, roughing, and finishing, to the finished product — with corresponding inspection checkpoints, ensuring mold precision and lot-to-lot consistency, thereby avoiding assembly deviations caused by the accumulation of individual tolerances.

Our main customers are third-party maintenance companies for blow-molding, filling, and labeling machines, as well as end users in the beverage industry, most of whom are long-term cooperative partners. In addition to our core blow-mold product line, we also perform precision machining of molds and components for the food and medical device sectors, as a complement to our main product line.
