The huge centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation can cause micro-yielding of the locking mechanism at the back of the mold shell, triggering mold misalignment and the hidden danger of mold explosion during high-pressure blowing.
The core of eliminating the explosion risk lies in the absolute control of mechanical engagement rigidity under the centrifugal force field. We design the bottom of the locking slider at the back of the mold shell as a wedge structure with a specific inclination angle. Using the principle of physical self-locking, it converts the hundreds of kilograms of radial centrifugal force generated during rotation into a huge normal pressure perpendicular to the locking surface. Simultaneously, the mold base locating pins and the mold shell pin holes adopt a specific micron-level interference fit. When bearing extreme radial pulling forces, the radial runout of the mold cavity is dead-locked to within 0.02mm, ensuring absolute dynamic concentricity during every rotation and closing cycle.
High-rigidity mold shells and accessories specially matched for blow molding machines and filling lines of brands such as Sidel, Krones, KHS, and Tetra Pak.
In terms of anti-fatigue design, the locking inclined surface is treated with deep ion nitriding to form a high-hardness anti-fretting wear layer. This avoids self-locking failure or mechanical jamming caused by the deterioration of the microscopic roughness of the engagement surface due to high-frequency impacts, guaranteeing zero-clearance smoothness over millions of opening and closing cycles.
