Micro-deformations of the mold cavity during repeated rapid heating and cooling cycles cause parting line misalignment or uneven cooling that triggers crystallization whitening, directly dragging down the appearance yield rate of cosmetic or beverage bottles.


The core of eliminating molding defects lies in the precise quantification of the mold shell substrate's thermal conductivity and cavity rigidity. By using a specifically proportioned aluminum alloy substrate, the thermal conductivity is stabilized in the 150-160 W/(m·K) range. This ensures a linear decay in the cooling rate of the PET melt as it passes through the glass transition temperature (approx. 80°C), thoroughly flattening out local hot spots inside the cavity. Simultaneously, the inner wall surface undergoes micro-arc oxidation (MAO) to generate a dense ceramic film. This not only locks the surface roughness within Ra 0.4 to avoid demolding scratches, but also uses the film's high hardness to support the thin-walled cavity structure, resisting the elastic deformation caused by up to 30bar blowing pressure, fundamentally cutting off the physical cause of parting line misalignment.

The cooling water channel interfaces utilize an error-proof quick-plug design, paired with high-temperature FKM seals, reducing assembly leakage rates to zero.
