Micro-gaps on the mold parting surface or imbalanced exhaust backpressure cause the PET melt to overflow and form flash during high-pressure blowing, or trigger bottle body bulging, directly resulting in packaging appearance scrap.

The core of eliminating flash lies in the precise control of parting surface flatness and exhaust fluid dynamics. Through high-precision CNC grinding, the flatness of the mold shell parting surface is strictly compressed to within 0.01mm, ensuring that the joint surface of the upper and lower molds does not undergo any microscopic opening under 30-40bar blowing pressure. Simultaneously, the cross-section design of the exhaust slots is gradiently arranged based on fluid dynamics: the slot depth near the cavity side is precisely controlled at 0.01-0.02mm, utilizing the high viscosity characteristic of the PET melt to physically block capillary infiltration; as it extends outward, the depth increases in a stepped gradient. This cut-off effect of the geometric gradient can release the high-pressure dead air in the mold cavity unimpeded within milliseconds, while completely locking the melt overflow path from a mechanical-geometric perspective.

Mold shells and accessories adapted for blow molding, filling, and labeling equipment of brands such as Sidel, Krones, KHS, and Tetra Pak.

Under the working condition of multi-cavity parallel operation, the mold shell neck insert interface adopts an H7/h6 precision fit tolerance zone. This strict dimensional definition ensures that when a single cavity is replaced offline, the new mold shell, after being pressed into the mold base, still maintains absolutely consistent concentricity with all other cavities, avoiding whole-line bottle bottom imbalance scrap caused by single-cavity deviation.
