This setting eliminates microscopic plastic deformation in the thread area while stabilizing the dynamic friction coefficient at 0.4-0.45. This physical data rules out slippage during high-speed operation, ensuring uniform force distribution on the bottle neck without damaging the sealing surface required for subsequent filling.
