The core of eliminating the stringing defect lies in the ultimate control of dynamic shear clearance and film fracture mechanics. Through high-precision CNC cylindrical grinding, we dead-lock the radial runout of the blade's outer diameter to within 0.01mm, ensuring that a perfectly uniform micro-shear clearance is maintained between the rotating blade and the fixed anvil knife during high-speed operation of hundreds of bottles per minute. Simultaneously, the blade's cross-section is sharpened with specific geometric parameters; the combination of the shear angle and rake angle allows the localized shear stress to skyrocket above the yield limit of the PVC/PET film in a microsecond instant upon contact. This stress concentration forces the polymer material to undergo brittle fracture in an extremely short time before plastic flow can occur, physically severing the path of thermoplastic melt stringing caused by stretched molecular chains.

At the rigid body dynamics level, the entire blade assembly undergoes G2.5 precision dynamic balancing verification before leaving the factory.
