Micro-plastic deformation of the gripper base under long-term, high-frequency mechanical impacts causes spatial coordinate offset, subjecting the bottle body to abnormal shear forces the moment it opens and closes, resulting in out-of-tolerance ovality or crush defects.

The core of suppressing coordinate offset lies in the substrate's impact fatigue resistance and pre-tension anchoring. Through specific solution and aging treatment, the base material's yield strength is elevated to over 600MPa, enabling it to absorb the cam's instantaneous impact energy via elastic deformation without permanent set. Simultaneously, the bolt holes on the mounting surface are arranged based on finite element stress distribution. By applying a specific torque gradient, sufficient pre-tension is generated, establishing a frictional impedance on the joint surface that far exceeds the opening/closing shear forces, mechanically locking the micro-slippage path.

Molds and replacement parts satisfying the operational needs of blow molding, filling, and labeling equipment for brands like Sidel, Krones, KHS, and Tetra Pak.

The high-precision locating keyways on both sides of the base maintain an extremely low wear rate even after millions of impacts, ensuring that the zero-point alignment accuracy remains unaffected when installing new grippers on old mold bases, achieving true plug-and-play functionality.
